Pakatan names retired principal as its Sungai Bakap candidate

RETIRED academic Joohari Ariffin was selected by Pakatan Harapan (PH) as its candidate for the Sungai Bakap state by-election in Penang.

The 60-year-old used to teach in Nibong Tebal and was active in many social and charitable activities.
