LAWYERS for Liberty has criticised the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) for stating that activist Hishamuddin Rais was not under investigation.
LFL director Zaid Malek said MCMC’s statement was false as he had seen the police report that initiated the probe.
